Main properties: Ginger is one of the most effective plants for calming nausea from various causes. In the person having a lazy transit, it can prevent stagnation and fermentation in the stomach. How to use:
Take 20 drops in a glass of water before each meal for a course of 10 days.
Precautions for use: Its use is contraindicated in people suffering from gallstones, gastric ulcer or in people on anticoagulants or aspirin. It can worsen inflammatory skin problems (eczema, psoriasis).
