Lemon essential oil is photosensitising, therefore do not apply to the skin before exposing oneself to direct sunlight.
On the skin: Anti-cellulite: Mix 2ml of lemon essential oil with 2ml of organic cypress oil, 1ml of organic niaouli oil, and 100ml of organic hazelnut oil.
By diffusion: Lemon essential oil is a particularly effective aid during periods of contagious illness, sanitising your rooms when diffused within them. When used in this way it will also help you to refocus, especially in terms of personal reflexion.
